National Center For Missing and Exploited Children's Creates New Guidelines for Call Centers

One of the most devastating occurrences in life is the loss of a child. It is estimated that over 800,000 children are reported missing yearly. Of this 800,000, approximately 58,000 are non-family abductions -- 115 ending in death. ransom, or the victim being kept permanently by her/his abductor.
